Description
Rose Hips (Rosa canina) are the fruits produced in the fall by the iconic thorny shrub, the rose plant. Rose Hips have long been praised in many herbal traditions for their Vitamin C and antioxidant content, leading to common uses for boosting immunity, in beauty products to support healthy skin and to help with occasional pain and inflammation. Rose Hips have a tart, citrusy flavor and can be decocted or infused for tea, tinctured or made into a delicious syrup.
