The Rolyan Economy SoftStrap Strapping Material consists of soft, non-stretchable strapping material. It is composed fo a five-layer laminate of hook-compatible nylon fabric, open-cell polyurethane foam and a central stabilizing later. The material mates with standard and HTH hook, and conforms anatomically without over-tightening.
