Up to 7 kinds of hardness for instant display and conversion: HB、HRC、HV、HL、HS 、HRB、HRA, supporting hardness measurement of up to 10 materials. Please note that our hardness tester requires thickness at least 5 mm or more on the workpiece to be tested.
Unlike other traditional methods including Rockwell, Brinell and Vickers which were implemented only in the laboratories or testing areas, the hardness tester proves to be portable by achieving high testing rates at a reduced cost.
Principle: The ratio of the rebound speed to the impact speed when the metal rod drops down in the wand to the workpiece is multiplied by 1000. It will not cause damage to the surface of the object. Comes with analysis software and provides USB cable, which support exporting data to PC for analysis and printing.
Range: 170 – 960HL; Resolution: 1HL. Portable hardness tester is able to 360 degrees measurement and measure curved surfaces with a radius greater than 30mm. The screen of metal hardness tester has a backlight function which can be clearly displayed in dark conditions.
