Yes! The rope length is 74” total, allowing most individuals to use while standing.

How do I use it for foot pain?

Place massaging ball on the floor and pick up both wooden handles. Rest the affected foot on the ball, then using foot and arm strength, work the ball around the foot massaging the affected areas for 10 – 15 minutes per session twice a day.
