Ingredients:

Organic fresh California Poppy plant, Organic fresh Valerian root, fresh Passionflower herb, Organic fresh Chamomile flower, Organic fresh Lemon Balm herb, Organic fresh Oat seed in milky stage, Organic Orange peel.

Other Ingredients: US Pharmacopoeial alcohol (35-45% by volume), purified water, vegetable glycerine.

Gluten free. Vegan. No artificial sweeteners, artificial preservatives, corn syrup, colors or flavors.

Suggested Use:

Take 30 drops in water one hour prior to bedtime and 30 drops in water at bedtime. Best results are achieved by the second or third night.
